  • After subscribing to Premium tier, you’ll get a welcome email with a short form to fill out. Once you complete that, I’ll send over all the details on how we can communicate and be there every step of the way.

  • Yes! Stripe makes it easy to switch tiers. Just use the link in your original confirmation email to manage your subscription. If you need help, you can always reach out to me directly at hello@pilotpetefly.com.

  • The Q&A calls are scheduled for the first Monday at 8pm EST (5pm PST) every a month. Everyone in Premium, Standard, and Basic tiers will receive an email with the meeting link and calendar invite a few days before the session. Free tier members will get a view-only link to watch the session live.

  • Right now, the focus is on live participation and interaction, so recordings aren’t sent out afterward. This helps keep the sessions more candid and personal for everyone who attends live.
